Cherry: -Walks up to Yami- Still no word from the doctor, eh?

Yami: -Shakes his head "no"-

Cherry: -Sighs, puts a hand on Yami's shoulder- How many months now?

Yami: About six ... And I hate the fact that I've always had to be Yugi so that people wouldn't notice ...

Duke: -Walks in to where Cherry and Yami are- Nothing?

Cherry: No. Yugi's been in this coma for a while. A few days ago, the doctor said that Yugi might not make it through this. And if he does, he won't remember anybody or anything. So, no matter what ... We've lost the old Yugi. -Sniffes-

-Passing out all of his gifts to everybody he knows while apologizing- I'm sorry that I've been a flake for who knows how long. But, I really do love everybody and regret not being able to be here for all of you. Again. I am sorry. Now ... Let's party! -Dances to Christmas music-

Yugi: -Trying to put a star on the top of the tree-

Duke: -Laughing to himself- Having fun there, Yugi?

Yugi: -Falls over- ... Yes ...

Cherry: -Putting light on random things in the house, but it all looks nice- Want some help?

Yugi: No thanks. I'm fine.

Yami: -Sighs- You're too stubborn for your own good.

Cherry: -Walks over to Duke and hugs him-

Duke: -Wide eyed and hugs Cherry back-

Yami: -Smiles- I think I'm gonna leave you two alone. -Hears a loud thump from upstairs- And I think I'm gonna go strap my hikari down so that he doesn't hurt himself. -Goes upstairs- YUGI!

Cherry: -Very upset and depressed-

Duke: Cherry, what's wrong?

Cherry: Just thinking about how I lost my parents. I mean ... They're not dead or anything. They just disowned me.

Duke: Do you know why?

Cherry: -Shakes head- I wish I did though ... -Sighs and then goes to lie on the couch-

Duke: -Sitting next to the couch trying to comfort Cherry-
